final Audio TONALITE

$439

Final Audio's new TONALITE earphones are the world's first with personalized timbre tuning via 3D head and ear scanning, delivering ultra-low distortion sound customized to your anatomy. As your local Singapore retailer, we're excited about this flagship TWS launch from Final—available soon through authorized channels like Stereo Electronics. Launched via Kickstarter in late 2025, expect stock in early 2026 with an MSRP around SGD 440 (US$329 equivalent).

Key Features

TONALITE uses DTAS (Digital Twin Audio Simulation) technology, scanning your head shape, outer ear, and ear canal with your phone's camera and MEMS mics for a cloud-processed custom sound profile. It features hybrid ANC with improved wind noise reduction, Bluetooth 6.0 supporting LDAC/AAC/SBC, multipoint pairing, and a 10-band EQ in the app. Battery lasts up to 9 hours (ANC off, no profile) or 7-8 hours with personalization, plus wireless charging case for 24+ hours total.

Sound Performance

The 10mm f-CORE dynamic driver achieves the lowest THD+N in TWS history, offering flat, natural tuning that's balanced and detailed—enhanced post-calibration for realistic timbre, layered bass, and spacious staging. Reviewers praise its transparency, low distortion rivaling wired IEMs, and modes switching between reference (A10000-inspired) and personalized profiles. Comfort comes from Fusion-G tri-brid tips for airtight seal and passive isolation.

DTAS: final's Digital Twin Audio Simulation

Final Audio's DTAS (Digital Twin Audio Simulation) is a proprietary technology that creates a personalized "acoustic avatar" of your head, ears, and body to simulate natural sound propagation for lifelike timbre in earphones like TONALITE. Unlike spatial audio personalization, DTAS focuses on accurate tonal quality by modeling how sound waves interact with your unique anatomy before reaching the eardrum.

Scanning Process

Users scan their head and outer ears using a smartphone camera, aided by a headband with markers for precision, followed by in-ear acoustic measurements via the earbuds' MEMS mics. Data uploads to Final's cloud for ~8-hour processing (Gen 2 is faster, smartphone-based), generating a custom DSP profile applied to the sound.

Benefits

DTAS corrects body/ear-induced frequency alterations, yielding holographic staging, transparent timbre, and low-distortion reproduction mimicking live listening—reviewers note superior realism over standard TWS tuning. It enables "Natural" curves tailored to you, enhancing immersion without unnaturalness.

TONALITE Integration

In TONALITE, DTAS pairs with the f-CORE driver for record-low THD, switching between reference and personalized modes via app—ideal for audiophiles seeking a neutral, distortion-free sound calculate specifically to your own profile.
