Shipping Policy


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

For international orders, please reach out to us directly before placing your order, as certain brands may have region-restricted distribution. Contact us via [your preferred channel] and we will respond within 1–2 working days with available options and next steps.

Please note: We are currently unable to ship to the Middle East. Ongoing regional conflict has significantly disrupted logistics routes to the area, and we are unable to guarantee safe and reliable delivery. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and hope to resume shipments to the region as soon as conditions allow.
 
Returns and Refunds


Project Perfection does not offer a return or refund policy based on change of mind. We strongly encourage you to research your purchase thoroughly, and we are happy to advise before you buy.


Made-to-order and custom items are strictly non-refundable.


Extended fulfilment delays caused by customs clearance or a manufacturer's schedule beyond our control do not qualify for a refund.


Proof of purchase is required for all warranty and exchange claims.
 
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Warranty is provided by the respective manufacturer and covers manufacturing defects only.


Wear and tear, physical damage, misuse, and user-induced defects are excluded from all warranty coverage.


Warranty periods vary by brand. Feel free to contact us before purchase to confirm coverage.

Within 14 days of purchase, Project Perfection will facilitate a 1-for-1 exchange for verified manufacturing defects, provided the item is returned in its full original packaging.


If the replacement unit is in stock, it will be dispatched promptly.
If it is out of stock, it will be fulfilled upon the next available restock.
 
Notes for International Customers
Warranty service and repairs carry no charge (excluding shipping) if the item is within its warranty period and terms.


Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from Singapore.
Project Perfection will manage and cover all shipping between our end and the manufacturer or service centre.


If a replacement is required within 14 days of receiving your item, your replacement will be dispatched once the defective unit is received on our end, and a tracking number will be provided.


If the warranty period has lapsed, we will continue to assist in arranging repairs or replacements. Any applicable service fees will be communicated to you in advance before we proceed.


For international orders, Project Perfection is not liable for any local taxes, import duties, or customs fees that may be imposed by your country's authorities upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order if you are unsure of the applicable rates.
